Please allow enough time for your item to be prepared, framed(if you have ordered a framed print) and shipped if you are outside the United Kingdom.

Unframed Prints - All unframed paper prints come digitally signed, wrapped in tissue paper and safely rolled in a sturdy postal tube.

Canvas Prints -Prints come digitally signed, wrapped in tissue paper, with layers of protective packaging before being boxed. Corners are protected and the package is marked fragile so that they arrive in pristine condition.

Framed Prints - All framed prints come digitally signed, wrapped in tissue paper, with layers of protective packaging before being boxed. Corners are protected and the package is marked fragile so that they arrive in pristine condition.

Original artwork is packaged in the same way as framed prints but also includes a certificate of authenticity.

Prints

All of our fine art prints are made to order. For this reason we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or changes of mind as we do not hold stock. However if the print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage, contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All return costs are paid by the customer.

Damages and issues

In the event that the work arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
